/list endpoints offer pagination. When making a request to this
endpoint, page size and starting offset may be defined using query string
(check API for specifics).
The result will include the following details in the headers of the response:
X-Total-Count: 234 Content-Range: items 0-49/234 Link: <url_first>; rel="first" Link: <url_previous>; rel="previous" Link: <url_next>; rel="next" Link: <url_last>; rel="last"
Where the first two headers are always present, and the others depending on context. The meaning is as follows:
X-Total-Countshows the total number of entities available in this query
Content-Rangeshows the current "window" - which elements were returned and the total number of elements in the sometimes
Linkheaders should be pretty self explenatory - they provide the info about the first, previous, next and the last window of the query.
